Foo Course, a training concept based on adoption

This week our partner Foo Café is launching their new training concept Foo Course. The idea is to combine training with adoption to make sure investments in new skills have a lasting impact on the team.

The first course has the topic TDD, Test-Driven Development and it is a three-day course, on-site or digital, held by TDD expert Jimmy Nilsson from factor10. We have combined our expertise in behaviour change and adoption, with the deep knowledge and experience of TDD from factor10 and the engagement in sharing of Foo Café. We're not saying we're revolutionising the industry of training courses, yet, but we're hoping this concept can have a great impact for the teams whose members participate in the training.

The three of us (Foo Café, factor10 and Sense/Make) has developed this concept together and we're hoping to see many more topics in the future. Thank you to Foo Café and factor10 for creative collaboration.
